Elizabeth started her career in the care sector in 2011 as a care worker and worked for the same local care company for 6 years, on leaving she had progressed to a senior carer and mentor for the newly recruited staff providing support and her experience through their initial probationary period.

Elizabeth then joined Angelica Care when they opened in 2017 as their supervisor, bringing with her the knowledge and experience gained.

Within 3 years she was promoted to Deputy manager and has now been given the opportunity to be Registered Care Manager of the newly opened Rustington branch.

Elizabeth has a passion and is dedicated to delivering high quality care and support for every individual person, enabling them to live a safe and fulfilling life in the comfort of their own home.
